Supporters of Iran’s theocracy gathered in Tehran on Friday for a government-organized rally displaying military power as diplomatic efforts to end the war with the U.S. stagnated. Large crowds of men and women waved Iranian flags and chanted "Death to Israel!" and "Death to America!" Trucks moved through the city center carrying military hardware, including drones used in recent attacks against vessels attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. The demonstration came as economic frustration mounted.
