Binance now allows eligible bStocks tokenized-equity holdings to serve as collateral in Multi-Assets Mode, enabling users to retain exposure to tokenized stocks while applying part of their haircut-adjusted value toward futures margin requirements. The feature makes tokenized equities more integrated with Binance's derivatives infrastructure, but collateral values remain subject to risk haircuts, volatility and account settings. Regional restrictions and KYC (know-your-customer) requirements mean the service is not universally available. The change gives eligible bStocks a role beyond trading by allowing them to support positions in another financial product, although losses on leveraged futures positions can still place the collateral at risk.
