Strive generated an estimated $85.88 million from SATA preferred-stock sales between Sep. 21 and Sep. 23, according to BitcoinTreasuries.net, enough to purchase about 1,001.67 Bitcoin at the prices recorded during those sessions. The estimate is based on trading volume while SATA traded at or above its $100 stated value, with commissions deducted before proceeds were divided by each session’s average Bitcoin price. It is not evidence that Strive completed those purchases. Strive last disclosed 26,355 BTC after buying 1,355 BTC for approximately $107.7 million between Sep. 14 and Sep. 18. The company’s next filing will show whether it bought additional Bitcoin after Sep. 18 and how many SATA shares were outstanding. Strategy, the largest public corporate Bitcoin holder, separately reported buying 950 BTC for $75.7 million during the week ended Sep. 20 while repurchasing about 1.77 million STRC shares with existing cash.
