Bank of America and Deutsche Bank raised Royal Caribbean to Buy ratings on Monday after the cruise operator’s shares fell 26% from their August 5 peak. Deutsche Bank kept its $299 price objective, while Bank of America analyst Andrew Didora moved from Neutral to Buy and set a $330 target. Tigress Financial Partners maintained its Buy rating and $425 target, citing Royal Caribbean’s Sandals and Beaches Resorts collaboration, which it expects could add $900 million in EBITDA by the end of the decade. Carnival is scheduled to report fiscal third-quarter results before Tuesday’s market open, with analysts forecasting adjusted earnings of $1.35 per share and revenue of $8.39 billion. Cruise stocks have faced pressure in 2025 from fuel-cost volatility, U.S.-Iran tensions, a hantavirus outbreak and changing travel preferences.
