South Korean exchange Upbit will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for digital assets on the Base network from 9:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 30. The measure is tied to a hard fork (a blockchain protocol change) on Base and affects 27 assets, including Aerodrome Finance, Avantis, Brett, Moonbeam, Virtuals Protocol and Zora.
