Citi, Barclays and Wells Fargo raised their Hewlett Packard Enterprise price targets after Networking Investor Day, while leaving their ratings unchanged. Citi lifted its target to $92 from $76, Barclays to $83 from $79, and Wells Fargo to $63 from $54. All three firms identified networking as HPE’s primary growth engine, but their targets reflect different views on how much of that potential is already priced into the stock. Barclays said HPE increased its fiscal 2027 networking growth outlook to the high teens to low 20s from 14% to 17%, with the earlier forecast excluding AMD’s Helios platform. HPE now views Helios as a networking opportunity worth more than $1 billion over the next two years. HPE’s third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue rose 32.7% to $12.21 billion, while non-GAAP EPS reached $1.11, beating the $0.93 consensus estimate for a fifth consecutive quarterly beat. Networking revenue climbed 74.9% to $2.89 billion, routing revenue rose 270%, and AI-network orders reached a quarterly record of $700 million. The stock was trading at $63.71, up 168.23% year to date and 22.24% over the past month. Wells Fargo’s new target is below the current share price, supporting its Equal Weight rating. HPE’s fiscal fourth-quarter guidance calls for revenue of $13.9 billion to $14.8 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $1.20 to $1.30, while investors await Helios orders later in the calendar year.
