In its seventh annual transparency report, Coinbase announced receiving 12,716 data requests from more than 60 governments and law enforcement agencies between October 2024 and September 2025, up 19% from the prior year. The requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants, underscore the growing international regulatory scrutiny on cryptocurrency platforms.
