Over Foundation said it halted all Over Protocol infrastructure and related services because of a funding shortfall and has not provided any recovery plan. The shutdown covers OverWallet, OverNode, OverFlex, RPC endpoints, the block explorer and the API. According to the official announcement, ongoing block production now depends on independent validators, meaning the network’s continued operation is no longer supported by foundation-run infrastructure.
