Global Millennial Capital said it has completed the final close of its first IPO Opportunities Fund at $100 million. According to PRNewswire, the Dubai-based fund will target overlooked mid-cap technology companies in artificial intelligence and DeFi, investing one to three years before an initial public offering or other strategic exit. The strategy remains focused on private-market exposure to companies nearing potential liquidity events.
