21Shares has listed the Strategy Yield ETN (exchange-traded note, unsecured debt instrument) on the London Stock Exchange, giving UK investors access to Strategy Inc.’s STRC preferred stock. The ETN tracks Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock and offers an 11.50% annualized yield through monthly cash distributions. Strategy also holds 815,000 BTC and has said it may sell some Bitcoin to help fund STRC dividend payments, linking the product to both corporate yield exposure and the company’s large digital asset treasury.
