Avant has delayed its token generation event (TGE, the launch of a new token) to mid-September after assessing market conditions and stakeholder feedback. The team said pressure on DeFi (decentralized finance) tokens and several recent protocol exploits were key factors behind the decision. Avant also announced that points accrual will stop on May 15, and said it will host an X Space (live audio discussion on X) on Thursday at 2 p.m. ET.
