Code4rena announced it will cease operations, with ongoing contests and bug bounty programs set to be completed before the shutdown. Immunefi said it will take over Code4rena’s clients and security researchers, and will assist with migrating bounty programs and reward structures. The development follows Code4rena’s acquisition by Zellic in 2024, after the company raised $6 million from Paradigm in 2023.
