TAC said an exploit on the TON side of its cross-chain layer caused about $2.8 million in losses involving USDT, BLUM, and tsTON. According to the team, TAC, TON, and ERC-20 tokens bridged from Ethereum were unaffected. Bridge services remain paused as the project responds to the incident, and TAC said it will release a full report within 48 hours. Earlier, TAC said it would treat the case as a white hat rescue if the funds are returned to a designated multisig address, offering about 13 ETH and 300 ZEC as a 10% bounty, while also stating it is working with law enforcement and plans to fully compensate users.
