
According to an SEC filing, Strive bought 382 Bitcoin between May 13 and May 18, raising its treasury to 15,391 BTC as it expands a debt-free, preferred-stock-funded accumulation strategy.
Strive, Inc. acquired 382 Bitcoin for about $30.3 million at an average price near $79,348 per coin, according to an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The purchase, executed between May 13 and May 18, lifted the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 15,391 BTC. The firm said its quarter-to-date BTC Yield was 6.6% and its year-to-date BTC Yield was 18.4%, while its amplification ratio stood at 44.3%. Strive also disclosed about $87.3 million in cash and cash equivalents and a $49.8 million position in Strategy Inc.’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock. The company said it has added more than 2,200 BTC since January 2026, when it held 12,798 BTC after acquiring Semler Scientific, and noted earlier purchases of 789 BTC in late April and 444 BTC weeks later as it crossed 15,000 BTC.
