Seturion has partnered with Societe Generale, SG-Forge and flatexDEGIRO to develop a blockchain-based securities settlement system in Europe. Under the arrangement, Societe Generale will issue tokenized structured securities on the platform, and SG-Forge will handle settlement using EURCV and USDCV. The project brings tokenization (putting real-world assets on blockchain rails) into traditional capital markets infrastructure, aiming to streamline how digital securities are issued and settled.
