K25.ai said it secured a $10 million Pre-A strategic financing at a $100 million post-money valuation, with Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group providing an initial $2 million investment. The company now says the investment could increase to $10 million and gives NewGenIVF exclusive institutional partnership rights in Asia-Pacific. K25.ai and NewGenIVF plan to expand across Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. K25.ai previously said it was evaluating strategic transactions, including a reverse takeover, while noting that no listing plan had been confirmed.
