According to PR Newswire, Luffa announced an official strategic equity investment from Hong Kong-listed GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited at a post-money valuation of $220 million. The companies said they will collaborate on AI, quantum security, blockchain, and compliant finance. Luffa also reported that as of February 2026 it had more than 3 million global downloads, 2 million registered users, and over 150,000 daily active users. The new update reinforces the previously reported valuation and strategic partnership, while adding the daily active user figure and using PR Newswire as the cited source. Previously reported deal terms said GoFintech Quantum would invest $39.8 million for a 19.9% stake through a mix of purchased existing shares and newly subscribed shares.
