The Smarter Web Company said it acquired 10 Bitcoin on May 26 at an average price of £55,786 per coin, or about $74,904, for a total of £557,865, bringing its total holdings to 2,869 BTC. The London-listed company said its cumulative Bitcoin investment now stands at £232.48 million, with an average acquisition cost of £81,032, or about $109,000, per BTC. It described Bitcoin as a core treasury reserve asset and reported a quarter-to-date Bitcoin yield of 15.43%, measured by the change in Bitcoin holdings relative to fully diluted share count. The company also said it has drawn £18 million under a Coinbase credit facility secured by its Bitcoin, with a variable interest rate of 6.75% to 7.25% and no penalty for discretionary repayment.
