The Transparency Alliance has launched its Token Transparency Framework with support from more than 40 crypto companies, according to Blockworks. A new report identifies Coinbase, Kraken, Ripple, and other firms as participants in the initiative, which is designed to standardize token disclosures. Existing details from Blockworks indicate the open-source framework covers token issuance, insider allocations, market makers, exchange listing terms, and buybacks, and that the group has discussed the framework with staff at the SEC and CFTC.
