Alpha Compute says its majority acquisition of GAMEE will support a new AI gaming division, linking the mobile Web3 gaming platform with artificial intelligence-focused development and monetization plans.
Alpha Compute completed its acquisition of a 60% controlling stake in GAMEE for about $11 million, implying a valuation of roughly $18 million for the gaming platform. The new report says the company is launching an AI gaming division alongside the deal, adding to earlier plans to roll out Alpha Games and integrate GAMEE into Alpha Compute’s artificial intelligence infrastructure. GAMEE remains focused on Play-and-Earn, Web3 gaming, and digital asset incentives, with prior disclosed consideration including cash, stock, earnout terms, and about 878 million GMEE tied to Animoca Brands.
