An a16z-linked entity added 90,091 HYPE over the past 10 hours, worth about $5.238 million, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi. The latest buying raises the entity’s total HYPE accumulation since 2026 to 6.996 million tokens with a total value of about $327 million. Ai Yi said the average entry price is about $46.85. The update adds to an earlier report that the same entity had withdrawn 224,118 HYPE over the prior 24 hours. Large transfers associated with exchange withdrawals are often watched as a sign that tokens may be moving into longer-term custody rather than remaining readily available for trading.
