Applied Digital disclosed a 15-year data center lease agreement at Delta Forge 2 with a U.S.-based hyperscaler that the company said could generate about $5.2 billion in revenue over the base term. Shares climbed more than 12% on June 9, reaching as high as $44.86, after the disclosure. Applied Digital has also reportedly secured $300 million in senior secured bridge financing led by Goldman Sachs to advance its AI data center project, underscoring investor focus on contracted AI infrastructure demand and project funding.
