Binance Research said most users are holding tokenized stocks rather than day-trading them, reinforcing signs of thematic, longer-term positioning after the service’s launch.
Binance’s stock trading service is showing signs of longer-term, theme-driven investing rather than rapid speculative turnover, according to Binance Research. After previously reporting that information technology captured 57% of first-week inflows, with funds and ETPs at about 20%, communication services at about 11%, and financials at about 9%, the research now says 70% of users hold tokenized stocks instead of day-trading them. The pattern suggests users are treating the product more like an investment vehicle than a short-term trading venue, a shift that may support longer-term participation and broaden access to stock-market exposure in emerging markets.
