The AI infrastructure startup reached a $1.55 billion post-money valuation and said it will expand global AMD chip-based capacity after previously outlining a multi-gigawatt buildout.
TensorWave has completed a $350 million Series B financing round at a $1.55 billion post-money valuation, following its earlier $100 million Series A led by AMD Ventures. The company said it will use the new capital to expand its global AI infrastructure built on AMD chips, adding to previously stated plans for a multi-gigawatt buildout. The fundraising highlights continued investor demand for AI computing infrastructure and positions TensorWave as part of a broader competitive push in a market where Nvidia has been dominant.
