BNB

Summary

Binance said it has launched bStocks, tokenized U.S. securities issued by affiliate BTECH Holdings Limited and backed 1:1 by U.S. stocks held by a regulated custodian. The BEP-677 tokens are designed to let eligible equities on Binance’s direct stock trading platform be converted into on-chain assets that can trade 24/7, support self-custody and DeFi on BNB Smart Chain, and be exchanged with the underlying stocks at a 1:1 ratio without a conversion fee. Binance said net dividends will be reinvested after a 30% U.S. withholding tax. The initial listings are Micron (MUB), Sandisk (SNDKB), Circle (CRCLB), NVIDIA (NVDAB), and Tesla (TSLAB), extending the company’s push to bring traditional equity exposure onto blockchain rails.
