A Form 8-K said AI Financial holds about $380 million in WLFI tokens; 3.32 billion can be used for collateral, staking or lending, while another 3.5 billion is set to become fully transferable on Aug. 12.
AI Financial Corporation, described in earlier reporting as a WLFI treasury company, said in a Form 8-K that it holds about $380 million in WLFI tokens. Of that, 3,321,690,994 WLFI worth about $180 million is immediately available for collateralized borrowing, staking or lending to support liquidity and help ease going-concern uncertainty disclosed in a recent Form 10-Q. Separately, 3.5 billion WLFI is scheduled to become fully transferable on Aug. 12, a milestone that could affect token circulation and treasury flexibility. CEO Tony Isaac said the company views the WLFI position as a strategic asset rather than something it plans to sell.
