Broad weakness hit semiconductor and storage names, with Broadcom down more than 2%, AMD lower in both reports, and Seagate and Western Digital among the biggest early decliners.
U.S. semiconductor and storage stocks traded mostly lower at the June 10 open, extending a broad pullback across the sector. MSX.COM data showed Broadcom down more than 2%, with Nvidia, AMD and ASML each off more than 1% and Intel down 0.58%. Separately, BlockBeats, citing Bitget market data, reported AMD down 1.3%, Qualcomm down 1.4%, Seagate down 3.1%, Western Digital down 3.3% and Micron down 1.7%, while Sandisk rose 0.5%.
