Zcash protocol developers have finalized multiple Ironwood specification and implementation details after two meetings held over the past 48 hours, Sean Bowe said. The decisions include disabling Orchard pool bundling in Coinbase transactions. He added that the Ironwood circuit and ZIP 2005 draft integration have entered review, while Valar Group has deployed a draft integration on testnet. Independent Orchard audits, AI code scanning and formal verification work are also underway. The update points to continued technical preparation before broader rollout, with design review, testing and external security checks progressing in parallel.
