Mistral AI is in early talks with investors to raise about €3 billion ($3.5 billion) at a valuation of roughly €20 billion, a sharp increase from the €11.7 billion valuation it secured in September. The AI company, founded in 2023, previously raised €1.7 billion in a Series C round. ASML is its largest shareholder with an 11% stake after a €1.3 billion investment last year, while Mistral has also recently signed partnerships with Airbus and BMW.
