The proposal outlined a highly leveraged crypto strategy in which Bitcoin would be positioned on Ethereum to access dollar-pegged tokens for debt repayment. Huang Licheng framed the idea with the phrase “Apes together strong” and the exaggerated expression “go to Valhalla,” underscoring the meme-driven and aggressive tone of the suggestion.
