Separately, Pakistan Foreign Minister Dar said at a four-party meeting involving Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan that Tehran would neither block shipping nor impose transit or service fees for 60 days. Dar also said Pakistan helped bring the United States and Iran together for talks for the first time in 47 years, with three technical teams discussing nuclear issues, frozen funds, and Lebanon.
