JaredFromSubway, an MEV bot (maximal extractable value trading bot), posted an on-chain bounty message roughly three hours after an attack that drained about 2,150 ETH, worth around $7.5 million. The message said the attacker may keep 50% of the funds as a white-hat bounty if all ETH is returned within 48 hours. It added that legal and law-enforcement action will begin if the Ether is not sent back within that window.
