The company has expanded its treasury to 19,864 BTC, with CEO Matt Cole saying Strive is buying Bitcoin aggressively as it lines up more capital for further purchases.
Strive shares rose 10% as the company’s Bitcoin holdings climbed to 19,864 BTC, underscoring how closely its equity story is tied to the cryptocurrency’s price. CEO Matt Cole said Strive has been buying Bitcoin "hand over fist" as prices decline. The company disclosed a purchase of 759 BTC between June 15 and June 21 at an average cost of $65,850 per coin, following June buys of 73 BTC at $63,646 and 32 BTC at $63,900, as well as $185 million of Bitcoin acquired across May and late spring, including 2,500 BTC at an average of $74,092 and 1,109 BTC at $76,989. Strive said its treasury, built from zero in under a year, is now the seventh-largest corporate Bitcoin position in the world. The company also completed an all-stock acquisition of Semler Scientific in January 2026 that added 5,048 BTC, and it has announced plans to raise up to $4.2 billion through Class A common stock and its SATA preferred instrument to fund further Bitcoin accumulation.
