CEA Industries said it reached a cooperation agreement with YZi Labs that adds Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu and Matthew Roszak to the board, names Odagiu interim president during a search for a new chief executive, and ends YZi Labs’ written consent solicitation, proxy fight and related books-and-records demand. The Nasdaq-listed company said the deal resolves a governance dispute as it refines its BNB treasury strategy.
