The race drew unusually heavy outside spending, with Protect Progress, the Democratic arm of the crypto super PAC network Fairshake, spending about $5.5 million and AIPAC-linked United Democracy Project adding about $5.7 million, bringing total outside support for Boafo to roughly $11 million. Boafo's campaign itself raised $1.14 million, while Oracle executives and Coinbase employees also made direct contributions.
