Seaspan Corporation Pte. Ltd. published its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress across environmental, social and governance priorities during the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The company highlighted continued investment in vessel efficiency, expansion of its dual-fuel fleet, safety gains supported by training and accountability, employee wellbeing and diversity initiatives, and a stronger focus on ethical conduct, cybersecurity and supply chain due diligence. Chairman, President and CEO Bing Chen said Seaspan remained focused on its goals despite geopolitical uncertainty, regulatory complexity and rapid technological change, while continuing to support the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles. Seaspan said sustainability remains central to its long-term strategy and that it plans to pursue its goals through continued investment, innovation and industry collaboration. As of March 31, 2026, its operating fleet consisted of 247 vessels, pro forma for undelivered newbuilds, with total capacity of about 2.5 million TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units) on a fully delivered basis.
