Aker Solutions said it has secured a sizeable five-year agreement from Cenovus Energy Inc. to provide engineering, maintenance and operations support for White Rose field assets offshore Canada. The work covers the new West White Rose platform and the SeaRose FPSO, with execution led from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, involving about 120 employees onshore and offshore. Aker Solutions said it has supported the White Rose field since 2005, and that West White Rose is expected to start production in 2026. The company said the contract will be recorded as order intake in the second quarter of 2026 in its Life Cycle segment and defines a sizeable contract as worth between NOK 0.5 billion and NOK 1.5 billion.
