The partnership pairs BoomerangFX’s AI-powered clinic software and marketing platform with the agency’s branding and media services as the company expands from its new London headquarters.
BoomerangFX has appointed Web Marketing Clinic as a Strategic Channel Partner for the United Kingdom and broader European markets, extending its AI-powered clinic software and marketing-automation platform to aesthetic, surgical and specialty practices across the region. The tie-up combines BoomerangFX’s practice management, marketing automation and AUVIA AI Clinic Co-Pilot with Web Marketing Clinic’s brand, creative, website, video, media-buying and digital-marketing services. The move comes as BoomerangFX expands in the region after opening its UK headquarters in London following record year-over-year UK growth in 2025. The company said adoption has been accelerating across England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland and the wider EMEA region. Web Marketing Clinic, founded by Mark Bugg, has operated in medical aesthetics since 2007. Under the partnership, its clients will gain access to BoomerangFX’s three integrated products: RUN, an AI-powered electronic medical record, or EMR (digital patient record), and operations system; LeadEngineAI, an AI marketing and lead-generation tool; and AUVIA, an AI Clinic Co-Pilot that uses voice and text to handle enquiries, consultations, bookings and follow-ups. BoomerangFX said AUVIA is now completing more than 1,000 autonomous patient consultations and appointment bookings each month worldwide. BoomerangFX said the platform serves more than 10,000 practices across 25 countries, supports over 2 million patients and generates more than 5.2 million patient leads annually. The company added that it has been recognized on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 lists. The partnership is effective immediately, with BoomerangFX solutions now available to Web Marketing Clinic’s UK client base and rolling out across European markets.
