The Nasdaq-listed company said its holdings as of June 24 included indirect OpenAI exposure, Beast Industries shares, 16,278 ETH and about $149 million in cash and stablecoins.
Eightco Holdings Inc. said its treasury holdings totaled about $436 million as of 6:00 p.m. ET on June 24, 2026, spanning digital assets and private technology investments. The portfolio included a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million funded investment in Beast Industries, a $1 million investment in Mythical Games, 283,452,700 Worldcoin tokens valued at $0.54 each according to Coinbase, 16,278 ETH and about $149 million in cash and stablecoins. The company highlighted recent developments across those positions, including Robinhood making Worldcoin available on its crypto platform on June 23, giving its 28 million customers access to the token. It also pointed to OpenAI and Broadcom unveiling the "Jalapeño" AI processor on June 24, and to OpenAI's confidential S-1 filing, which the company said paves the way for an initial public offering. Eightco further cited Forbes ranking MrBeast No. 1 on its Top Creators List 2026 on June 23, alongside Beast Industries' reported $5 billion valuation and expansion into new markets including youth financial solutions. Thomas "Tom" Lee, a member of Eightco's board of directors, said the company sees its treasury as containing key building blocks for a future AI and digital finance system. Eightco said it is positioned around three themes it believes will shape the next decade of innovation: artificial intelligence through OpenAI, digital identity through Worldcoin and World's proof-of-human network, and the creator economy through Beast Industries. Eightco said its 283 million-plus WLD holdings represent about 8.2% of circulating supply and amount to the largest publicly disclosed institutional position in the token. It described World as a proof-of-human network (system verifying a unique human user) built by Tools for Humanity and stewarded by the World Foundation, with Orb devices issuing privacy-preserving World IDs to distinguish humans from AI agents. The company also said World sees a total addressable revenue opportunity of $6.35 trillion across 13 industries, including banking, e-commerce, gaming, social media and agentic AI. The release included extensive forward-looking statements and risk factors tied to concentrated digital asset exposure, private company investments, regulation, market volatility and uncertainty around OpenAI, World and Beast Industries.
