The whale then opened a 47,500 ETH short position yesterday morning at $1,536, worth $72.94 million. Because Ether did not continue lower, the ETH short was also in the red. Ember said the combined $102 million position was showing floating losses of $1.86 million on the BTC trade and $1.23 million on the ETH trade.
