Separate whale activity also emerged as a trader who recently made a $513,000 profit on SOL re-entered with a 235,200 SOL purchase using 17.068 million USDC.
A Solana whale became active again after more than a year, spending 5,000 SOL worth about $358,000 to purchase 242.66 million PUMP, according to PANews on June 29, citing Lookonchain. The same wallet had earlier bought and staked 10,957 SOL for $2.6 million at $237, later earning 1,206 SOL in staking rewards, but still shows an unrealized loss of more than $1.7 million, or 66%, because of SOL's price decline. Separately, PANews cited on-chain analyst Ember as saying another whale that made a $513,000 profit trading 234,900 SOL six days earlier has re-entered the market, using 17.068 million USDC to buy 235,200 SOL at $72.6, the same price as the earlier exit, in a new swing trade.
