The platform said users can transfer U.S. and Hong Kong shares in and out through FOP using DTC and CCASS, with no transfer fees, a phased rollout and processing times of 3 to 15 business days.
Gate has launched broker-to-broker stock transfer services for U.S. and Hong Kong equities, adding live support for inbound and outbound transfers through free-of-payment, or FOP, channels. U.S. stock transfers are handled through DTC and Hong Kong stock transfers through CCASS, with the company saying it will not charge transfer fees. The function is being rolled out gradually, and Gate said transfers typically take 3 to 15 business days to process. Gate had previously said its stock service supports 24/7 trading across U.S., Hong Kong and South Korean markets, covers more than 12,500 stocks and ETFs, and allows trading through a unified USDT account with fractional shares starting from 0.01 share. Alongside the launch, the company announced a July 1-7, 2026 promotion offering transfer-fee subsidies of up to 15,000 USDT for U.S. stocks and up to 6,000 USDT for Hong Kong stocks.
