ZTE Corporation said at MWC Shanghai 2026 that it is advancing an "AI for All, All in AI" strategy to embed artificial intelligence into products, solutions and internal operations, while building a data-driven organization centered on human-machine collaboration. Chief Development Officer Cui Li said AI's rapid development and rising demand for personalized services are making one-size-fits-all approaches obsolete, and described uncertainty as the defining condition of the current period. ZTE said its response is to build a resilient AI system capable of agile action and rapid evolution, guided by four priorities: openness and decoupling, flexible scalability, extreme synergy and a scenario-oriented approach. The company also said it sees AI ushering in a new phase of human-AI symbiosis and that it intends to remain a value creator in the ecosystem alongside global partners.
