Bitget said it launched STRCUSDT and 10 additional USDT-settled stock perpetuals on June 29, with 24/7 trading, up to 20x leverage, and no shareholder or dividend entitlements for users.
Bitget said it expanded its stock perpetual futures lineup on June 29 by listing STRCUSDT, tied to Strategy’s STRC preferred stock, alongside 10 additional USDT-settled stock perps: VOOUSDT, SOXXUSDT, WENUSDT, AALUSDT, TXNUSDT, BACUSDT, CRMUSDT, AMKRUSDT, PDDUSDT and ASXUSDT. According to the exchange, the contracts trade 24/7, offer up to 20x leverage, settle in USDT, and have funding fee settlement once every eight hours, with STRCUSDT carrying a funding rate cap of 2% and -2%. For STRCUSDT, Bitget highlighted special treatment for STRC’s semi-monthly dividends. It said record dates fall on the 15th and the last day of each month, but the exchange will not make cash credits, deductions or position adjustments tied to those payouts. Instead, any ex-dividend price decline will be reflected through the contract’s mark price and funding rate, leaving resulting profit or loss with users. Bitget warned that frequent dividend payments may increase volatility around ex-dividend dates. Bitget also said its stock perpetuals are derivatives rather than securities or ownership claims on the underlying stocks, stock tokens or indices. Users do not receive dividends, voting rights, shareholder rights, interest, share split benefits, spin-offs, subscription rights or other corporate action entitlements through the products, and the exchange said it may adjust parameters such as leverage and margin ratio based on market conditions.
