FundBank has rebranded as IRACE Digital and acquired Cayman Islands-based Tenet Bank for an undisclosed price, adding digital-asset banking and fintech clients to its institutional banking business. The company has appointed former Zodia Custody CEO John Cronin as global CEO to lead an expansion into digital asset custody, liquidity and trading infrastructure. IRACE Digital said the rebranding reflects a broader effort to link traditional finance and crypto as institutional demand grows for integrated services that can operate across conventional and digital-asset markets amid regulatory complexity.
