Century Communities said its Century Complete brand is expanding with two attainable-housing communities: Bright Leaf in Wilson, North Carolina, now selling from the upper $200s, and DL Ranch in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, coming soon from the low $300s. Bright Leaf offers one- and two-story homes of about 1,684 to 2,180 square feet with 4 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms, while DL Ranch is planned to offer one-story homes of 1,290 to 1,815 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The company said both projects feature open layouts, quartz countertops, LG stainless-steel appliances, Kohler fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring, primary suites with walk-in closets, covered patios on select or included plans, and 2-bay attached garages. Century Communities also highlighted its online homebuying platform, including electronic earnest money deposits, DocuSign contracts and financing through affiliate lender Inspire Home Loans, while still allowing buyers to work with local real estate agents and visit regional sales studios for in-person support.
