The branded luxury residences at AIDA in Muscat mark the first Oman real estate project with interiors by a luxury fashion house design brand.
Dar Global and FENDI Casa have launched the Azure Oceanfront Villas at the AIDA development in Muscat, unveiling 19 ultra-luxury homes with interiors designed by FENDI Casa. The residences sit within the mixed-use AIDA project, which Dar Global says is among the world’s largest and most exclusive developments of its kind, built on a 130-meter cliff and aimed at international investors and buyers. The companies said the project is their first collaboration on a high-end residential scheme and represents a milestone for Oman as the Sultanate’s first real estate development to feature interiors by the design brand of a luxury fashion house. Dar Global Chief Executive Officer Ziad El Chaar said Oman’s luxury property market is at a turning point, supported by investor demand for branded residences and government efforts to attract foreign investment. The villas include direct beach access, private outdoor pools and private gyms, while the wider AIDA complex spans more than 4.3 million square meters and includes hotels, an 18-hole golf course, a members-only club, villas and upscale apartments.
