Binance said it will keep supporting affected EEA users with follow-up procedures and options to protect asset safety and service continuity as MiCA-related compliance changes take effect.
Binance said affected users in the European Economic Area can continue using previously communicated options after July 1, 2026, including withdrawals, as the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation reaches a key stablecoin milestone. The exchange said the changes center on how certain stablecoins are supported, labeled or restricted depending on whether issuers hold the relevant EU e-money institution authorization, with impacts varying by product, jurisdiction and listing category. Co-CEO Richard Teng said Binance will continue providing transition support to affected users, offering follow-up procedures and options aimed at protecting asset safety and service continuity, while staying in close communication with regulators during the compliance transition. Binance has framed the move as a compliance adjustment rather than a broader retreat from Europe and has urged users to rely on official customer-service channels, platform notices and asset-specific labels.
