The startup says its platform lets founders, employees, venture investors and family offices borrow against private tech company equity without selling shares.
Techdollar said it raised $3 million in a Pre-Seed round from NoLimit Holdings, Reforge VC, and individual investors including Newmichwill, RoyLearner, and Ansem. The company operates a blockchain-based private credit platform that allows founders, employees, venture investors, and family offices to borrow against private tech company equity rather than sell their shares, targeting a part of private markets where holders often seek liquidity without giving up ownership.
