The company said five years of industry research pointed to greater market fragmentation, operational complexity and demand for long-term partners rather than software-only vendors.
SOFTSWISS introduced a new positioning and refreshed corporate design as the company says structural shifts in iGaming are pushing operators to seek broader support than standalone software. Drawing on five years of SOFTSWISS iGaming Trends studies, the company identified three industry changes: rising market fragmentation driven by local regulation, growing operational complexity for operators, and a move toward long-term partnerships built on reliability, expertise and brand trust. SOFTSWISS said it has evolved from a software provider into a technology and growth partner combining compliance-ready products, expertise in regulated markets, infrastructure and expert-led services. The company said it now holds licenses and certifications in more than 25 countries, works with more than 60 certified brands in Brazil, has maintained 99.999% platform uptime for 17 years, and supports more than 1,500 brands globally. It also created a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer role to advance platform reliability and artificial intelligence initiatives in parallel. Founder Ivan Montik said operators increasingly need partners that understand regulation, bring operational expertise and support sustainable long-term growth. The new corporate identity is scheduled to be rolled out globally across products, communications and industry touchpoints during 2026.
